Villa La Belle Vue

Villa La Belle Vue is a true oasis of peace and comfort. Located just a stone's throw from the charming Saint-Paul-de-Vence, a town renowned for its artistic and medieval charm, the villa is nestled on an expansive plot of over 5,000 m² and offers an enchanting view of the picturesque La-Colle-sur-Loup. From the property, you can even catch a glimpse of the sea towards the beaches of Nice.

The villa is equipped with a range of luxurious amenities, including a heated pool, a sauna, and several terraces, and comfortably accommodates 8 people. With the additional double bed in the studio, however, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people.

Part of the house dates back to the 19th century and still retains its historical charm, such as the wooden beam ceiling in the library and the staircase to the first floor. Here you will find the master bedroom and the guest room. In total, the villa has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, including the studio.

The villa features a spacious driveway for multiple cars and an entrance leading to the living area and two bedrooms. The living area is connected to the library and the large kitchen diner. Both the living area and the kitchen have French doors that lead to the terrace with comfortable seating, a dining table, and a Big Green Egg BBQ.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a balcony, and a modern bathroom with a toilet and shower. The second room has two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. The other bedrooms consist of one room with two spacious beds (1.20x2m) and one room with two single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The studio is a place for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a pool table, a jukebox, a pinball machine, a lounge, and the extra double bed. All rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.

The garden and terraces are beautifully maintained, with a large lawn for sunbathing and terraces around the pool, near the living room, the kitchen, and the side of the house.

Every Monday morning, the gardener comes, and every Friday morning around 07:00, the “pool man” arrives to clean the pool. The pool is cleaned once every two weeks in winter. The pool has an electric cover. Below the pool is the sauna with a window overlooking a private garden area. The property also has terrace lighting and heating, so you can enjoy the beautiful view even in the evening.

The property is equipped with professional internet with a fiber optic connection.

The property is available for rent with a minimum stay of 1 week. During the high season, arrival and departure are NOT possible on Saturdays. Outside the high season, ALL arrival and departure days are possible. This villa is also extremely suitable for groups of LESS than 10 people.
